COMMUNITY & CIVIC SPACES
You've already got the room and the people. We bring the afternoon.
A senior center between activities, a firehall between fundraisers, a library between story times — different rooms, same gap. Games fill it the same way they fill a kitchen table: pick a few good ones, bring them, and let the room do the rest.
WHO ASKS US THIS
A few different rooms, the same request.
None of this is a program we've built out yet — it's a shelf of games that were played at our own table first, brought to your room instead of ours, same as everything else we do.
-
Senior living & life enrichment
Something residents can actually play together — picked for the group in front of us, not a canned program.
-
Civic & cultural halls
Firehalls, clubs, community centers — an evening that isn't a meeting.
-
Campus life
Filling a common room with something people actually want to stick around for.
-
Libraries & parks & rec
A program line that could use a game shelf instead of another craft table.
-
Markets, festivals & private events
A vendor market, a fall festival, a wedding reception with a cocktail hour to fill — one table or two, picked for whoever's standing around them.
WORTH KNOWING UP FRONT
What we'd actually bring
-
Picked for the group, not a fixed program
Tell us who's in the room and roughly how long you've got, and we'll put together a set that fits — nothing pre-packaged, nothing we're promising sight unseen.
-
Short and easy to pick up, mostly
The same games that work at a taproom table work here — learnable in a few minutes, not a three-hour commitment, with a couple of quieter or longer options further down the shelf if the room wants them.
-
It's still a request
There's no calendar and nothing books itself. Tell us the room and the date, and a person writes back — usually with a question or two.
-
Rates are worked out for the event
Same as every partnership we do — quoted for the room and the group, never the family nightly rate. See the rate card for the shape of it.

ONE MORE THING
Doesn't quite match the list above? Ask anyway.
A golf or country club with a slow weeknight, a youth camp between activities, a waiting room that could use something other than old magazines — if it's a room with people in it and some time to fill, it's worth a conversation even if it isn't one of the categories above.
We won't promise a program that doesn't exist yet, and we're not going to claim training or accommodations we haven't actually put in place. What we will do is tell you honestly whether the shelf we've got fits your room.
We also turn up as a vendor at local fairs and markets ourselves — see Pop-Up Events for where to catch us in person.
Tell us about the room.
What kind of space it is, roughly how many people, and when. We'll write back with what we'd bring and what it would cost.
