Deposit

We don’t currently charge a deposit on a rental — there’s nothing to hold and nothing to refund. If that ever changes for a specific rental, you’ll see it in writing before you agree to anything, the same as every other figure we confirm.

Pieces still get counted against a written list before a game goes out, and again when it comes back — so if something is missing, it’s a conversation with a number behind it, not an argument about what was or wasn’t in the box to begin with.
