    The titles you want and the night you want them.

  2. We check the shelf

    We check the copy is actually free and write back — to confirm it, or to put you on the waitlist for it.

  3. We set the handover

    We agree whether we drive it out or you arrange a pickup, and when it comes back. Out after 10am, back before 10am the next day. Both directions are by appointment.

How fast do you reply?

We write back within one business day.

I just have a quick question — do I need to fill out the whole form?

The phone line takes calls only, so please don't text it. Note that any actual rental still needs a Request to Reserve form filled out — even one that starts as a DM — so we have your written agreement to the Rental Agreement before anything is confirmed.
